DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
Lilsaintzh will send you a confirmation email when your order and payment are received. All purchases from Lilsaintzh will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days. On the other hand, products that are in stock at the time of placing the order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Since the products that are not in stock with your special orders are made to order, they will be prepared to be delivered to you within 4 to 14 days.
Orders placed from abroad will be delivered between 4 and 14 working days, and the prices seen at lilsaint zh/shop do not include international shipping costs and customs taxes. For orders given from abroad, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer (customer). There may be additional charges determined and payable by your country of residence and lilsaintzh is not responsible for them.
All taxes arising from shipping or country, such as customs or any duties, belong to the buyer (customer). There is no exchange, no refund. The exchange period is 7 days. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If any change or return is required due to a defective reason arising from international law and depending on the country, and the seller approves this, all invoiced costs such as return shipping, cargo, customs and duties are deducted from the return price of the product. Lilsaintzh is not responsible for delays that may occur in shipping and customs clearance in the shipment of international orders.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

It accepts your exchange requests for unused products, which are notified in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery of the products you have purchased from Lilsaintzh. However, since online shopping is made to order, it is not possible to return it. Special orders made at the request of our customers cannot be exchanged or returned.

The products that are requested to be exchanged must be returned as they were sent, free of defects and with their original package / accessories. For misused or defective products, a written notification must be made to lilsaintzh within 2 days from the delivery date.

We would like to remind you that the cargoes of the products you want to change are your responsibility until the products reach lilsaintzh and the return shipping cost must be paid by you. When we receive your return cargo, a confirmation e-mail regarding your request will be sent to you after examining the condition of the product. The exchange process of all justified claims will be completed within 14 working days.
